Since regaining independence, Ukrainian people have undertaken fundamental changes and reforms that transformed totalitarian society into a more liberal one. The period following the 2014 Revolution of Dignity yielded even more positive changes, but also a clear understanding that more should be done to improve the lives of Ukrainian citizens.
